From the sun-drenched Amalfi Coast, we use the intensely aromatic peels of lemons and Moro blood oranges to add a refreshing citrus brightness.Lavender from Provence brings floral complexity, while sloes harvested after the first frost on the Swabian Jura add a rich, fruity depth.But that's only the beginning — we also use ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, Roman chamomile, coriander, cocoa beans, hop blossoms, saffron, and 64 more meticulously sourced, top-secret botanicals from around the globe.
